Our loss refunds return a share of your net loss, which is deposits minus withdrawals in the period. The daily refund pays 10% with no wagering and no win cap; the weekly and monthly refunds carry a 5x wagering requirement and a withdrawal cap of 10 times the bonus.

Worked example: one week of play and what comes back
The sums in this example are illustrative amounts in pounds, not offers. Assume a Gold member, whose weekly rate is 5%.
- Over the week the account receives deposits of £300 and sends out withdrawals of £100, so the net loss is £200.
- The weekly refund is 5% of £200, which is £10.
- The 5x requirement means £50 must be wagered before the £10 can be withdrawn.
- The cap is 10 times the bonus, so the most that can be withdrawn from this refund and its winnings is £100. Anything above that is removed by the system.
The daily refund works on a single day. With deposits of £150 and withdrawals of £50 the net loss is £100, the refund is £10, and it can be played or withdrawn at once because no wagering applies. A Silver member’s monthly refund at 1% on a net loss of £600 is £6, which needs £30 of wagering and is capped at £60.
The same week at Bronze rate (3%) gives £6, needs £30 of wagering and caps at £60, which shows how much the tier alone decides. Net loss is not the same as money staked. A player who deposits £100, wagers £1,000 and withdraws £100 has a net loss of nil and receives nothing.
Claiming: balance, open bets and the Claim button
A refund is approved only when the account is almost empty. Your total balance, including open bet slips and unsettled bets, must be at or below the small threshold stated in the rules, and no bet or game may be unsettled when you ask. If the balance is above that level the request is not approved, and it can be repeated after the balance has been used.
For the weekly and monthly refunds, the eligible bonus is added to My Rewards on Monday or on the 1st. Press Claim to move it to the main balance. The daily refund is requested from the My Bonuses area once the day has closed.
A member who takes the welcome bonus cannot receive the loss bonus for the same deposit, so the two do not stack on one payment.
VIP tiers: rates that rise with betting volume
Betting volume across every game places you in a tier, automatically and for life. The tier decides the weekly and monthly rate, the rakeback coefficient and the level of service.

Upgrades pay a cash reward with no wagering. A birthday bonus begins at Silver, a dedicated representative at Gold and a personal VIP representative at Platinum IV, with daily bonuses and a VIP manager bonus from Platinum I and Platinum IV respectively.
Rakeback: how game type changes the return
Rakeback is credited to a VIP wallet after each game and can be withdrawn or played back at any time, with no wagering. The return is multiplied by your tier coefficient, which runs from 0.05 at Bronze to 0.25 at Diamond, and by a game coefficient:
- sports betting: 200%;
- slots: 100%;
- fast games: 10%;
- live casino: 5%.
The same stake therefore earns forty times as much rakeback in sports as in live casino. Campaign periods can raise rates temporarily, and we may change rates and calculation models.
Offers that run beside the refunds
- Reload bonus: a bonus on repeat deposits, active in set periods and not offered to every member. VIP members receive a weekly and a monthly reload based on recent activity.
- Monthly raffle: one ticket for each fixed block of real-money bets in casino, sports and live dealer, with no daily limit on tickets. Prizes are credited right after the draw.
- Challenges: the first player to land a stated multiplier on a named slot at the minimum bet wins the prize. Published targets run from 250x and 500x to 750x, 1,000x and 3,000x.

Cancellation grounds
A refund or rakeback can be cancelled and recovered if it was credited by a technical or calculation error, or if we detect multiple accounts, bonus hunting, low-risk betting to create artificial volume, collusion, VPN or proxy use, automated betting or fraudulent payments.
